These are Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) specialties, crafted from buffalo milk using time-honored, artisanal methods. From buffalo mozzarella, burrata, stracciatella, ricotta di bufala, figliata pugliese, tracciona di bufala, to smoked burrata and truffle burrata—each variety tells a story of passion, heritage, and authenticity.

Buffalo mozzarella

Buffalo Mozzarella Campana DOP

“The Queen of Mediterranean Cuisine”, also called “The Pearl of the Table”, is crafted from the rich milk of Italian water buffalo raised in Southern Campania.
Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP is soft, delicately milky, easy to digest, and naturally rich in protein and calcium. When cut, it releases its signature white, milky fluid.

A light   buffalo ricotta from Campania with a fine texture and delicate flavor, great for making your best recipes, or just eating on its own with soft seasonal fruits or topping a salad.

Stracciatella

Burrata

Burrata Pugliese

Invented in Puglia in the early 1900s, Burrata is a fresh cheese with a rich, buttery milky flavor best described as an outer shell of mozzarella filled with cream and shredded mozzarella.
Cut it open and a thick 'cream' oozes out. The contrast in textures makes it a true delicacy to enjoy as you like, for lunch, dinner or a snack.

Smoked Mozzarella di Bufala

Smoked Buffalo Mozzarella Campana

A variation of the traditional Mozzarella di Bufala Campana, it is gently smoked for a bold, earthy aroma achieved through a natural smoking process.
Rounded shape, with a thin golden crust, with a white interior that releases buffalo mill when cut, it delivers a unique twist while preserving the original texture.
